At Shirtsalone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Additional non‑returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are possible).

Sale Items

Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email us at boksburg@shirtsaloneboksburg.co.za and send your item to: Shirtsalone (Pty) Ltd, Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Shirtsalone (Pty) Ltd, Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
